Secondly, providing a Community Center with different facilities will provide a place for people to spend their free time specially for housewives and their children, retard people and elderly. Finally, this type of building is needed in order to provide the support and development to people through the different aspects such as educational development, professional development and personal development.

According to MSLD statistics, in 2017 (19,127) people used and benefited from community centers activities and events. Also (2086) people benefited from consultation services where the total number is 21,213 people. By dividing this number on the total number of community centers which is 10, each community center is approximately serving 2,121.3 user which is only around 10% from the number of users that each community center intended to serve which is 20,000 according to MSLD.
However, the new community center intends to serve a reasonable number of users which is 25% of the intended users by the MSLD (20,000) which is 5,000 users.
